The Immigrant Research Team of the Lixin Foundation released the “Key Report on the Application of Human Rights Policies for Foreign Workers” on November 21. The survey found that most foreigners have a basic understanding of laws and regulations related to their labor rights, but when it comes to the three gender equality laws, Applicability, as well as labor-management communication, freedom of association, anti-harassment and other aspects, awareness is relatively limited. Nearly 70% of the respondents reported that their employers did not arrange occupational safety training courses in the past year, which may be a hidden danger to 3K work safety.

勵馨基金會移住者研究團隊11月21日發布「外國籍工作者人權政策應用關鍵報告」，調查發現多數外籍人士對與自身勞動權益相關的法令都有基本了解，但在性平三法的適用性，以及勞資溝通、結社自由、反騷擾等面向上，認識度相對有限，更有將近七成受訪者反映雇主在過去一年未安排職業安全培訓課程，恐是3K工作安全上的隱患。
