Automatic transmission of foreigner conversion information, benefiting approximately 100,000 people

In order to prevent employers from neglecting to register foreigners and speed up the matching process for foreigners, starting from November 20, 2024, the Ministry of Labor will take the initiative to automatically transmit the basic information of foreigners and employer information to “Foreigners” “Labor Rights Network Migrant Workers’ Employer Changing Area”, and then public employment service agencies will cooperate with the employer switching process. It is estimated that 100,000 employers and foreigners will benefit in one year.

外國人轉換資訊自動傳輸 約10萬人受惠

為避免雇主疏於辦理外國人轉換登記，同時亦可加速外國人轉換媒合程序，自113年11月20日起，勞動部會主動將外國人基本資料及轉換雇主資訊，自動傳輸至「外國人勞動權益網移工轉換雇主專區」，再由公立就業服務機構配合辦理轉換雇主作業，預估1年有10萬名雇主及外國人受惠。
