In order to encourage employers to provide migrant worker-friendly measures that are better than those required by law, the Labor Bureau of the New Taipei City Government continues to commend companies for their migrant worker-friendly measures. This year, a total of 3 companies received awards. Taiwan’s SunMake Factory provides a variety of subsidies and subsidies to encourage migrant workers to strive for excellence after work. Apacer Technology promotes zero payment for migrant workers, and all promotion and salary adjustment systems are based on their own work. ATEN International has set up life care service personnel that are superior to laws and regulations, and encourages participation in volunteer activities.
為鼓勵雇主提供優於法令規定的移工友善措施，新北市政府勞工局持續辦理企業友善移工措施計畫表揚，今年共有3家企業獲獎。台灣善美的五股廠提供多項補助及津貼，鼓勵移工在工作之餘精益求精，宇瞻科技推動移工零付費，升遷、調薪制度也全部比照本勞。宏正自動科技則設置優於法令的生活照顧服務人員，並鼓勵參與志工活動。
