Event Introduction
To assist private organizations, government agencies, and individuals from all sectors dedicated to New Immigrant issues in understanding the subsidy items, application procedures, review priorities, budget allocation, and expense verification regulations of the New Immigrants Development Fund—thereby enhancing proposal and project execution capabilities—the National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior is organizing these training courses and practical exchange workshops. Adopting a workshop format combining instruction and hands-on practice, the curriculum covers explanations of fund and verification rules, proposal implementation, successful application experience sharing, and lecturer feedback. This aims to assist participating trainees in completing their initial proposal drafts as a foundation for subsequent formal proposals.
Target Participants
Private Organizations: Foundations and non-profit social organizations (such as associations, societies, foundations, etc.) established and registered in accordance with the law.
Relevant Organizations and Universities/Colleges: Organizations concerned with New Immigrant issues or intending to apply for New Immigrants Development Fund subsidies, as well as college/university students and faculty.
Government Agencies: Central and local governments (including affiliated agencies and units commissioned to handle related operations).
Workshop Curriculum and Practical Implementation
Application Explanation: Subsidy mechanisms, review priorities, online applications, budget allocation, and expense verification precautions.
Case Study Exchange: Sharing application and execution experiences, with lecturers responding to questions.
Proposal Implementation: Step-by-step completion of project drafts, simplified budget tables, and expense verification risk checks throughout the full-day session.
Post-Workshop Guidance: Arrangement of professional mentor consultations by the implementing agency for trainees intending to submit formal proposals afterward.
Kind Reminder: Designed primarily for in-person participation, group discussions, and hands-on practice, the workshop relies on instructor explanations, case exchanges, and table facilitator guidance. To maintain interactive quality, video recordings and downloadable teaching materials will generally not be provided after the sessions.
