A strong earthquake occurred in Taiwan on April 3, 2024. In order to assist the affected people in post-disaster recovery and reduce the financial burden of the affected employers who employ migrant workers, in response to the damage caused by the 0403 earthquake or aftershocks, relevant government units (including village chiefs) After identifying and issuing disaster-stricken household certificates, the employer’s late payment of employment security fees during the period of 11204 to 11301 will be exempted from late payment fees.
移工雇主因地震經濟受損 遲繳就安費免徵滯納金
台灣113年4月3日發生強震，勞動部為協助受災民眾災後復原，減輕聘有移工之受災雇主經濟負擔，針對因為0403震災或餘震受損，經政府相關單位(含村里長)認定及出具受災戶證明， 11204期與11301期這期間，雇主所遲繳之就業安定費免加徵滯納金。
