Employers should introduce fraud prevention information to foreigners from now on

The Ministry of Labor announced that it has revised the “Discretionary Standards for Foreigners’ Life Care Service Plans” to include multiple companion care services and mid-level technical jobs. Employers should implement the foreigners’ life care service plan, and at the same time prevent foreigners from handing over or providing personal financial account ATM cards and passwords, virtual asset services or third-party payment accounts and passwords for illegal use by others. New employers should introduce anti-fraud laws and information such as “prohibition of handing over or providing capitation account (number)” to foreigners.

勞動部公告修正「外國人生活照顧服務計畫書裁量基準」，將多元陪伴照顧服務工作及中階技術工作納入，雇主應執行外國人生活照顧服務計畫書，同時防制外國人交付或提供個人金融帳戶提款卡及密碼、虛擬資產服務或第三方支付之帳號及密碼供他人不法使用，新增雇主應介紹外國人「禁止交付或提供人頭帳戶（號）」等反詐騙之法令及資訊。
