Most people rest from 10pm to 8am, so try and keep any noise to a minimum to avoid adversely affecting others. Pay particular attention to the following:

Keep the volume to a minimum when talking or engaging in late night activities.

Control the volume when playing music or using electrical appliances to reduce unnecessary noise

Individuals in violation of these provisions can be fined NT$3,000-NT$300,000 in accordance with the Noise Control Act.
