The Ministry of Labor (Taiwan) has launched the Online Occupational Safety and Health Digital Learning Platform, offering free online video courses tailored to various industries. The platform currently provides 40 comprehensive courses and 9 short safety videos. To make training more understandable for migrant workers, all materials are available in Indonesian, English, Thai, Vietnamese, and Tagalog.
Migrant workers can easily access the platform (https://isafeel.osha.gov.tw/) anytime, anywhere, by using a phone, tablet, or computer. Signing up is simple—just scan your Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) to create an account. As of June 2025, 7,958 migrant workers have already enrolled.
Employers can also register for business accounts to conduct group training, helping the migrant workers build stronger safety awareness, reduce workplace risks, and contribute to a safer working environment for everyone.

勞動部線上職安課程 學習無設限
勞動部建置「職業安全衛生數位學習平台」，針對各產業推出免費線上影音學習課程，目前已上架40門課程及9部宣導短影音。為讓外籍移工了解作業風險，課程內容同步翻譯成印尼語、英語、泰語、越南語及菲律賓語，讓學習更加無障礙。
移工朋友僅需使用手機、平板或電腦，即可隨時隨地登入平台（https://isafeel.osha.gov.tw/ ）學習，並透過掃描外僑居留證，就能輕鬆完成註冊。截至2025年6月為止，已有7,958名移工登錄學習。
此外，雇主也可以事業單位身份申請帳號，進行團體訓練，協助外籍勞工提升職場安全意識，降低工作風險，營造更安全的勞動環境。
