(FWA 2025/5/7) Due to the circular economy being a key industry planned by the government, and to alleviate labor shortages in the manufacturing, agriculture, and waste and resource recycling industries, the Ministry of Labor(MOL) announced on the 7th a regulatory amendment allowing migrant workers to engage in waste and resource recycling and disposal work.
The amendment also opens up employment for migrant workers in industries such as quartz product and air freshener manufacturing. Furthermore, it allows migrant workers in sectors like turf cultivation and sprout cultivation, and adjusts and loosens regulations for the seedling industry and edible mushroom industry.
鑒於循環經濟為政府規劃的重要產業，並且為了紓緩製造業、農業、廢棄物及資源物回收處理業缺工，勞動部7日公告修正法規，開放移工可從事廢棄物及資源物回收處理工作。
也開放石英製品、芳香劑等製造業；另外開放了草皮栽培、芽菜栽培等行業，調整鬆綁種苗業、食用菇蕈業的相關規定。
