Affected by the peripheral circulation of Typhoon Fung-wong and the Northeast Monsoon, there is a probability of localized heavy rain in the Keelung North Coast, Yilan region, and Greater Taipei mountainous areas today (Nov. 10). Please be alert for sudden downpours. In mountainous areas, be cautious of landslides and rockfalls.
