Qualification:
- Migrants Group: Foreigners who have a legal residence permits in Taiwan are employed and work in New Taipei City.
Foreigners who are over 18 years old and legally employed in Taiwan. - ※Those who have won the Labor Star Singing competition of this bureau in the past are not allowed to participate.
