農業部長陳駿季5月29日於立法院經濟委員會表示，總開放人數1萬2千名中，目前僅核發近8千名，還是有4千多名的額度，至於是否因門檻過高導致農戶無法申請，陳駿季回應，申辦條件已經調降，後續會持續檢討。
