Who is eligible?

Besides Taiwanese citizens, the following groups are eligible to receive the payment:

  • Stateless nationals who have obtained a residency permit.
  • Foreign nationals who have obtained a permanent residency permit.
  • Spouses of Taiwanese nationals who are from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and other country and have obtained a residency permit.

How to receive the payment?

To make it convenient for the public, government offers the same five methods as in 2023:

  • Account Deposit Registration: Register to have the money deposited directly into your bank account.
  • ATM Withdrawal: Withdraw the cash from a designated ATM.
  • Post Office Withdrawal: Collect the cash at a post office.
  • Direct Deposit: The money is automatically deposited into your account (for certain groups).
  • Roll Call Distribution: A special distribution method for remote areas.

  • 郵局領現： 親至郵局儲匯櫃檯，於營業時段領取現金。
  • 直接入帳： 針對特定對象，政府將直接把款項匯入其帳戶。
  • 造冊發放： 針對如屏東縣獅子鄉、花蓮縣萬榮鄉、臺東縣金峰鄉等偏鄉地區，將由當地派出所或分駐所造冊後發放。
