In the past, scam calls have often spoofed international numbers such as those starting with “+886” or “+.” However, recently scam groups have increasingly used “hidden number calls.” If you receive such a call, you need to be extra vigilant.
On March 2, 2026, telecoms companies started rolling out a “hidden-number call voice warning message.”
When answering a hidden-number call, you will now first hear the warning message: “This is a hidden-number call, please be vigilant.”
If you receive a hidden-number call requesting personal information, bank account details, or money transfers, call the 165 Anti-fraud Hotline to confirm whether it is real. If you require interpretation services, call the 1955 Hotline.

過去詐騙電話多偽冒國際號碼，如「+886」或「+」開頭，而近期詐騙集團常利用「隱藏號碼電話」進行詐騙，若接到此類電話時務必提高警覺！
自115年3月2日起，電信業者將陸續導入「隱藏號碼來電語音警示」
當民眾接聽隱藏號碼電話時，會先聽到提醒語音：「這通是隱藏號碼電話，請注意」
