Although AI can be used as a support tool for mental health, caution is required:
•AI does not possess real emotions or empathy and is unable to replace real world interpersonal interactions
•When using AI employ critical thought: Fully consider and evaluate all physical and mental health advice made by AI
•AI is not a medical professional and is unable to diagnose illnesses. If you suffer from long-term insomnia, depression or consider self-harm seek immediate medical assistance
If you experience mental problems contact friends, family, a teacher or call the “1925 Suicide Prevention Hotline” or “1999 ext. 8858 – Help Me.” Seek help from a real person. If you need interpretation services, call the 1955 Hotline
