When playing in water always remember the following safety slogan
“Call, Call, Reach, Throw, Row”
Call : Shout for help as loud as you can
Call : Call 119, 118, 110 or 112 (if you require interpretation services call the 1955 Hotline)
Reach : Find something to reach out to the individual in distress (such as a bamboo pole, tree branch etc.)
Throw : Throw the individual an object that floats (such as a ball, rope, bottle etc.)
Row : Approach the individual using a flotation device (such as a boat, lifebuoy, piece of wood, rescue float etc.)
The five steps to save someone who is drowning range from low-risk to high-risk approaches. In an emergency, first shout for assistance as loudly as possible and use any nearby material to assist the drowning individual. Do not rush into the water and try to save them yourself

划 : 利用大型浮具划過去(船、救生圈、浮木、救生浮標等)
