Enhances contractor management – Contractors at all level are required to cooperate, and the main contractor must implement hazard prevention measures and ensure management responsibilities are met

Workplace bullying

Introduces workplace bullying prevention measures – Clearly defines investigation procedures, assists victim recovery, and creates a friendly work environment

Increases maximum fine – For those who fail to make improvements, the name of the organization and responsible person will be made public. Fines will also be increased to encourage companies to take the implementation of safety measures more seriously
