If you are experiencing similar feelings, try the following channels to reduce stress: Call the 1925 Suicide Prevention Hotline or contact a community mental health center. If you require interpretation services call the 1955 Hotline
Psychological counseling support – Deal with stress and gradually find your own rhythm through professional dialogue
Online self-assessment – Use the BSSR-5 mood scale to determine how you have been feeling recently
