1.Visit the Direct Hiring Service Center (DHSC) website’s “Non- Employment Services for Migrant Workers Zone.” Information is available in English, Vietnamese, Indonesian and Thai.
2.Call the toll-free number 0800-665-800 to make inquiries in English, Vietnamese, Indonesian, or Thai.
3.Inquire at a Bureau of Labor Insurance (BLI) counter and ask the DHSC to assist with three-way call translation.
📌Do not use agents to avoid being charged high fees
Agents may take a large commission, reducing the benefits received.
📌Illegal agents may put you at risk of breaking the law
Illegal agents could provide false documents and information, causing you to violate the law and face criminal liability.
📌What if you have already signed a contract with an agent?
1.Notify the BLI to cancel your benefit application.
Submit your identification documents and a written notification to the BLI to cancel the application, then ask your employer to help you reapply.

1. 通知勞保局撤銷給付申請
檢附身分證明文件，書面通知勞保局撤銷給付申請，再由雇主協助重新申請給付。
